Registration Form

Registration is held every February for the next year. Church members and parents of current Day School students have the opportunity to register before registration is opened to the public. Trinity Day School does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion or citizenship.
All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable check for $50 (for church members) or $75 (for non- church members).
A waiting list will be maintained (if necessary), and parents will be advised if an opening becomes available. Any vacancy would be filled by the first person on the waiting list. There is no charge to be put on the waiting list.
Children must have celebrated their birthday on or before September 1 of the year of their enrollment. For example, any child registering for the 2 year old class must be 2 by September 1 of the school year.
If your child is registered for school, September’s tuition is due by July 1.
Over the summer, you’ll receive a letter from the school with the dates for orientation. You’ll also receive a list of school supplies suggested for your child’s class.
Request for specific teachers cannot be honored.
